It appears that google is giving some weight to websites that have IPv6 enabled. In the last week I've setup 6 websites. I've setup IPv6 for those websites and submitted them to google, bing and yahoo. Within one day they had gotten indexed. Each site has about 10 pages. Every one of these pages are indexed in the three search providers. Each one of these sites had 0 (zero) links. I also setup a 7th website without IPv6. It is only indexed in yahoo and only the first page.
If you want to IPv6 enable any of your websites then there is only one place providing the service.
